REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Marjeena Collection, we take great care in delivering quality ethnic wear. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

RETURN WINDOW Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after 7 days will not be entertained.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. An unboxing video is required as proof of condition. Requests without video proof will not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Sale or discounted items. Stitched or customised products. Items damaged due to misuse or improper care. Items without original tags or packaging.

REFUND METHOD All approved refunds are issued as store credit only. No cash refunds or bank transfers will be processed.

RETURN SHIPPING Return shipping charges are borne by the customer. We do not provide reverse pickup.

HOW TO RAISE A REQUEST Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order number and unboxing video. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

SHIPPING Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A charge of ₹99 applies on orders below ₹999. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. We are not responsible for courier delays.
